  • All Parador products are produced exclusively in Germany and Austria. Skill centres have emerged at three locations, where a high level of knowhow and craftsmanship for the respective product group is combined. The company headquarters in Coesfeld is the site of the laminate production, which is characterised above all by fully automated and computer-controlled processes. The location for the engineered wood production in the Austrian town of Güssing combines excellent mastery of modern profiling and drying facilities with specialist knowledge required for wood as a raw material. Both locations are ideally linked with one another and work according to principles that are in line with ecological and socially acceptable fundamentals of sustainable forestry.

  • The foundation of the Parador company in Coesfeld. First innovation: Parador produces the panel with the rounded edge. Parador provides its dealers with planning support for setting out the POS for the first time. The EBS furniture range, a furniture system following a modular principle, is successfully launched. The first agency-supported end consumer campaign goes "on air". Parador builds a marketing centre at its Coesfeld site, intended as a fixed institution for the trade and end customers. Parador hereby commits itself to a consistent brand policy. Unique in the industry: Introduction of the first computer-aided planner for the trade and end customers. Birth of the planning program ParaCom. Parador enters the production of laminate floors. New sales channel: Parador extends its sales locations and is now also available in DIY stores. A world first, an engineered wood floor with automatic click system, is added to the flooring range. Parador enters a joint venture with Gebrüder Meyer Parkettindustrie GmbH in Güssing. Parador is the first company in the industry to bring out an interactive website. The backed brand recognition in Germany is at 18%. The "Dream of a room" campaign is promoted with TV ads on German television. Parador wins a place among the TOP 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. arador rounds off its flooring range with the market launch of the solid wood flooring product group. With ClickBoard, the jointless design panel for walls and ceilings, the company brings its next world first to the market. The Parador Marketing Centre is rebuilt and re-opened as the Parador Trendcenter. The backed brand recognition in Germany increases to 27 %.ECC The new generation of laminate and engineered wood flooring sets standards with numerous new technical features. As part of further internationalisation, the brand is massively expanded in Great Britain and the Netherlands. The export share is 45%. The positioning “luxury flooring concepts” is confirmed within the product range in the Edition design collection and the Identity laminate flooring product. The innovative digital print technology, Artprint, sets standards in the brilliance of laminate decors. Edition 1 receives the coveted AIT Award and the reddot design award. Parador takes the first step from the indoor to the outdoor sector with a range of decking. Parador is now also setting standards in the outdoor sector with extraordinary screening and decking. Edition 1 laminate flooring has been awarded two design prizes: the German Design Council has given the Interior Innovation Award to “Wave” by Zaha Hadid, whilst the AIT Award has gone to “Cèdre” by Jean Nouvel. The claim “living performance” will accompany the Parador brand from now on. 23 enthusiastic children plant a tree in the middle of the exhibition stand - Parador organizes children Academy parallel to Domotex.
